Description

We are looking for an experienced QA Department Head to lead our quality assurance function and ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality software products. The successful candidate will build and manage a team of QA engineers, establish testing standards, and drive continuous improvement of our quality processes. This is a leadership role requiring both technical expertise and strong people management skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage the QA team across multiple projects
• Define and implement QA strategy, processes, and testing standards
• Oversee manual and automated testing activities for all product releases
• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
• Review test plans, test cases, and test coverage reports
• Monitor key quality metrics and report on product quality to senior management
• Manage QA budget, tools, and resource allocation
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase testing efficiency
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices
• Recruit, train, and evaluate QA team members
